Pale blue dot

In quel tremolio fluttuante azzurro c’è tutto.
"Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives.”
[Carl Sagan, 'Pale Blue Dot: A Vision of the Human Future in Space']

Pale blue dot

During his trip, a million miles from the earth, the Voyager 1 spacecraft turns and takes a picture. At that distance in the black abyss all you can see is a timid blue dot, the Earth. In that floating flickering blue there's all.

"Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives.”
[Carl Sagan, 'Pale Blue Dot: A Vision of the Human Future in Space']

To zoom back in, we will plunge again into familiar chaos of signs, sounds and experiences. Departing again, looking from afar, there is the indefinite, the abstract, albeit tremendously clear in its entirety.

A friendship could be told in the same way: by focusing on the particular details or the whole or the two simultaneously. A friendship is narrated through a concert and a Youtube channel where  ideas and expermiments are shared.

You find a number of cover songs; but dismantled, enlarged and so blurred that they are at the limits of recognisability.  Personal and artistic experiences assemble in several points of space and time.
